South Asian Therapists Gathering 2023

Aashna's creative team are excited to host our annual South Asian Therapists Gathering. In the spirit of our long-standing commitment to embracing intersectional identities, we are devoting an evening to our South Asian community as part of our celebration of South Asian Heritage Month.  

In light of our powerful gathering last year, we will build on this tradition and invite therapists and those in training, with South Asian heritage, to share our told and untold intergenerational stories. We want to gather our elders and younger generation to deepen connections within our community, to celebrate our lineage, cultures, respective intersectionality and stories.  Whilst we honour all intersectional identities, this evening is devoted exclusively to therapists and counsellors of South Asian heritage. We invite you to join us in celebrating our South Asian narratives and take part in the storytelling tradition which is central to so many South Asians.

As always there will be delicious vegetarian Gujarati food and drinks which is central to all our gatherings at Aashna. The gathering be informal, but hopefully powerful in deepening our connections and making new friends.

We ask for a minimum of £10 as a contribution for the evening (please note those who can afford more, your money will subsidise those who can not).  For concessions email info@aashna.uk.

As we continue to support Aashna+, we will donate 10% of all profits to the service.
